As a former lawyer for the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council ("OMVIC"), a sister regulator to the Vehicle Sales Authority of British Columbia ('VSA"), Burokas Law acts as a visiting lawyer serving BC car dealers and salespersons. Being a graduate of the University of British Columbia's Faculty of Law, and having represented both a motor vehicle regulator and car dealerships in Ontario, Burokas Law is excited to offer its unique insight and skills in being an advocate for BC automotive professionals.

- Appealing VSA compliance orders;
- Appealing VSA administrative penalties;
- Appealing decisions of the VSA's Motor Dealer Customer Compensation Fund;
- Application for Judicial Review of Registrar Decisions, and;
- Responding against VSA court applications for injunctions, freeze orders, and undertaking enforcement.
