OMVIC Inspections

Burokas Law offers a unique service to car dealers facing an OMVIC inspection- the opportunity to have one of their former lawyers audit your practice BEFORE OMVIC inspects you.

Burokas Law will review everything OMVIC's inspectors will review to ensure your dealership is either 100% complaint with the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act and its Regulations, or give you the opportunity to be! Take the stress out of an OMVIC inspection so you can focus on your business.

Audit fees are based on annual sales volume and as follows (+ HST):

0-50 cars per year: $999
50- 100: $1499
100-150: $1999
150-200: $2499
250-300: $2999
300-350: $3499
350+: Inquire
